Management Team

Here at Banana Moon Barnstaple, we employ a high-quality management team to oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, line manage our team of staff and ensure the quality of the childcare that we provide.

So here is a little more information about them!

Lucie is our Nursery Manager! She is Level 3 qualified with nine years experience in the Early Years sector. She’s trained in Paediatric First Aid, is a Designated Safeguarding Lead and is particularly passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs.

Lauren has recently been promoted and is now our Deputy Manager! Lauren is Level 3 qualified and has worked in Early Years for nine years. She’s also Paediatric First Aid trained, a Designated Safeguarding Lead and is particularly interested in how babies’ brains develop!

We’re so grateful for the amazing work they do!
