Did you know, that as part of our offering at Banana Moon Barnstaple, we provide the children with healthy and nutritious home-cooked meals and snacks throughout the day?

And on the 10th December 2024 we had our routine Food Hygiene inspection and are delighted to announce to we retained our 5 star ***** rating!

Food hygiene and healthy nutrition is really important to us, and our on-site cook, Sadie, as well as our management team, are all trained in Level 3 Food and Hygiene for caterers and our entire staff team are also trained in Level 2 food and hygiene.

Sadie creates a three-week rotating menu that changes seasonally, and incorporates a range of tastes and textures as well as catering to dietary preferences and allergy requirements. We cater for all the children in our care from three months up until five years old, and with our youngest moons we work with families to support the weaning process, whether baby-led or puree.
