After reading our book of the week “Green” by Mark Sperring, we went on a hunt for objects that we could find that were green. We searched in the garden and found the green grass and a green tree; we then looked inside the nursery and found a green jumper, some green socks, a green tractor, and a green pear!

In the afternoon the children then explored a variety of green inspired activities, including experimenting with different shades of green using powder paint and water colour, creating some green playdough, and playing with some gloopy green water!
